Over the last 5 years, we have competed in the Spring Tour of Homes put on by the Greater F.W. Builders Association. We have won a prize EVERY YEAR.

In 2008, our home won 2nd place in its category – New Unfurnished Home from $300,000 to $350,000. In 2007, our home won 1st place in its category – New Unfurnished Home from $350,000 to $400,000.00. In 2006, our home won 1st place in its category – New Unfurnished Home from $350,000 to $400,000. In 2005, our home won 2nd place in its category – New Unfurnished Home from $250,000 to $350,000.
