We encourage Realtor participation by paying Realtor bonuses. Currently, we are paying a $5000 bonus for projects contracted before the end of June 2009.

Also, with Boyd Builders, you get your commission faster. We prefer to pay half UPFRONT with the remaining commission and Bonus paid at permanent closing and funding. This accelerated commission structure, like our Realtor Bonus Program,
is another way we demonstrate our long standing commitment to Realtor generated business.
